St. Paul’s Episcopal Church
Above is a beautiful photograph of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church located in Frederiksted, St. Croix.
It was taken the year of her centenary celebrations, 1912.
Christmas Carols
During the Christmas holidays one year, a new stained glass window was replaced and unveiled after being destroyed during the hurricane of 1899. It pictured St. Paul preaching on Mars Hill and above his head was an Angel holding a scroll.
Thomas Hewitt Esq. commissioned the piece in memory of his two brothers who died on the island.
Below are a few of the Christmas carols sung during the service.
