Rightly so, the Virgin Islands is stunning!
This unique print of St. Thomas is close to 200 years old!
Unfortunately, the print sold before I had a chance to share the listing.
It was a signed, hand-colored print by the Danish artist, Jens Holm posted by the auction house of Bruun Rassmussen.
There was a small tear in the lower part of the paper which turned slightly brown due to aging, but otherwise it was in beautiful condition.
Estimate was 6,000–8,000 kroner or $770.00 to $1300.00.
Glad it found an appreciative home.
